is set to enter the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house when the fly-on-the-wall show re-launches on Channel 5 next week.
The 'American Pie' actress is reportedly being lined up by show bosses to appear on the new series in the hope of getting the pulses of the male housemates and viewers racing.
It is thought the blonde beauty
could also be looking for love in the infamous house, as she has been single ever since she cancelled her wedding to internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann in May 2010.
A source said: "Tara will be a fantastic addition to this year's line-up."
Meanwhile, troubled singer Bobby Brown
is also rumoured to be making an appearance on 'Celebrity Big Brother', with TV bosses thinking his tales about his life with ex-wife Whitney Houston
and battles with drug addiction and alcohol abuse will make for compulsive viewing.
If Tara and Bobby do take part in the Channel 5 reality series, they could be sharing a house with the likes of 'The Only Way Is Essex' beauty Amy Childs, former 'Baywatch' babe Pamela Anderson
and 'Big Fat Gypsy Weddings' star Paddy Doherty.
