Tulisa 'given ultimatum' over sex tape debacle
X Factor star Tulisa Contostavlos took legal action when her ex-boyfriend Justin 'MC Ultra' Edwards leaked footage of her performing oral sex on him.
Although the We Are Young singer now won a court apology over the whole affair, her lawyers are reportedly now claiming that Tulisa was given an ultimatum over the release of the sex video online.
Her lawyers allege that Justin's co-conspirators were planning to tell the 24-year-old that if she went along with its release she would be entitled to a share of the profits.
But according to The Sun , if Tulisa opposed them making the six-minute video public then she would allegedly get “f*** all”.
Reportedly the three men involved in the sex tape debacle discussed over email a pre-written script that would be read to the former N-Dubz singer’s management once the video went public.
Although Tulisa’s ex Justin has settled with the singer after finally admitting he leaked the clip in March, the X Factor judge is still pursuing legal action against several other men and is seeking £100,000 from each of them for breach of privacy.
And she's not prepared to leave it there.
She's now also seeking damages from some of her ex’s associates - including Spice Girls ‘creator’ Chris Herbert - for their apparent part in helping sell the footage.
Sheesh - that’s what you get for messing with The Female Boss!
