Usher's 11-year-old stepson dies after jet ski accident
Kyle Glover - the child of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond and her former partner Ryan Glover - passed away yesterday after his family made the heartbreaking decision to turn off his life support machine.
The 11-year-old was left brain dead and in a critical condition after he was struck on the head during a collision at Lake Lanier in Atlanta, Georgia, earlier this month.
Tameka - who divorced Usher in 2009 - has understandably been left "devastated" by the loss.
Last week, Kyle's family asked the public to pray for their little boy.
They said in a statement: "We know God's in control, and are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time.
"We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it's the best way we can all support him now."
At the time of the accident, Usher and Tameka were in the middle of a bitter custody battle over their sons Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd, three.
They are understood to have now put their differences aside.
