Hearts & Crosses Love Heart collection

Hearts and Crosses have created this lush range of Valentine's jewellery in support of the British Heart Foundation's Valentine's Appeal, which aims to raise £1 million to help care for and support heart patients and their families.

The collection features heart pendants on sterling silver chains in mini or large and a heart bracelet. All bright colours, plump shapes and intricate textures, the collection is handmade with love in designer Julie Welburn's country studio.
