First-Lady-in-waiting Michelle Obama, French First Lady Carla Bruni, royal candidate Kate Middleton, Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton, SJP (pictured) and Angelina Jolie topped Vanity Fair's annual style poll.

The magazine's stylish males included David Beckham, Julian Schnabel, Daniel Craig, Kanye West and Matt Lauer.

For the second year in a row, the Best Dressed Couple was Brangelina, with Kelly Lynch and Mitch Glazer also on the list.
