Madonna and Gucci to host fundraiser

Madonna is hosting on a charity night and concert on 6th February to celebrate the opening of Gucci's new store on 5th Avenue in New York. The dinner, to be followed by a live Madonna concert and after-show party, is being organised to raise money for Raising Malawi and l’UNICEF. It will be co-hosted by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. Stars set to attend include Adrien Brody, Téa Leoni, Salma Hayek, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Gwyneth Paltrow and Lucy Liu.

 
All money raised with go directly to UNICEF and Raising Malwai, the charity to-founded by Madonna to bring medical care and programmes to children in Malawi, from where she adopted her son David Banda.
