Getting outdoors on your bike is a great way to spend a day off but why not make it more interesting and do it naked?

To spice up a bicycle adventure get your friends involved and set out en mass on a trip to the countryside.

Head to a rustic country pub for lunch and enjoy the sunshine (fingers crossed), food and ciders al fresco.  

Non-cyclist friends can drive to bring you all back if that cycling enthusiasm has waned post pub.
