1- Chest
Bring your arms and elbows to shoulder level. Press your hands against each other and then let go. Repeat about ten times.
2- Calves
Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, lift up on your tiptoes and then go back down. Repeat several times.
3- Thighs and bum
While standing, put your right leg in front and your left leg behind. Lower yourself by crossing and bending the left leg behind. Breathe in when you go down and breathe out when you lift up.
