6th episode: Marie’s tips for staying in shape while working!
How to look after your figure while at work?
It couldn’t be simpler; follow the advice from Marie and her favourite coach:
-Sit down on your chair with your back nice and straight then repeat this movement: flex and stretch both your legs at the same time.
-Still sitting on your chair with your back straight, squeeze in your stomach and at the same time, lift your thighs upwards by 5 centimetres. Repeat about 20 times.
- Take hold of a bottle of water in one of your hands. Bend your arm then stretch it out and bend again. Repeat several times.
