A foot massage is one of the most intimate and indulgent things you can do for your lover. Whether they've had a long day or your just in a generous mood, a foot massage is always welcome.

If you're keen to please your lover's tootsies, but don't know how to give a good foot massage then worry not.

We spoke to Steve Finnemore, a massage therapist at Getting You There, to find out how to give a good foot massage.

First, he said you should make sure you have some oil - essential oils are the best - or some moisturiser. This make it easier to massage, and if you're using moisturiser your partner get the added bonus of having beautifully moisturised feet at the end!

Get your partner to lie down - on their back or their front, whichever makes them feel more comfortable - and place their feet in your lap.
