Use rosebay willow herb to remove make-up
Throw a bunch of rosebay into a litre of boiling water. Once it’s cold, filter and mix a glass of the remains with 2 tablespoonfuls of fresh milk. Apply with a cotton pad to remove your make-up.
Treat yourself to a nourishing avocado mask
Take the flesh of a ripe avocado, mash, mix with a little olive oil
and apply. After 15 minutes, rinse well and dab your face with a little rose or orange blossom
Mix 2 tablespoonfuls of oat flakes in 3 tablespoonfuls of hot water and add 2 teaspoonfuls of wheatgerm or almond oil.
Oily skinPurify with a mud lemon mask
Mix 2 tablespoonfuls of green mud, the juice of half a lemon, 2 drops of tea bark essential oil
and 1 drop of citrus essential oil. Apply, avoiding the eye area, leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with tepid water.
Soothe and firm with a cucumber and vinegar mask
Press a few very thin slices of cucumber in a cloth and then soak them in a little cider
vinegar (this has firming properties). Apply the mask, avoiding dry zones and the eye area, let it act for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
To soothe your face, spray thermal water onto a cloth pad and apply to your face for about 5 minutes.
Soothe with an oat mask
Mix 3 tablespoonfuls of oat flour to 1 to 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar diluted in the same quantity of water to obtain a thick paste. Generously spread on and keep on until the mask is dry. Rinse and finish by applying a little rose water or a gentle lotion.
Cleanse and refresh with a purifying cucumber mask
Peel and remove the seeds of half a cucumber, and mash. Add 2 tablespoonfuls of crème fraiche and 2 tablespoonfuls of flour. Apply the mask for 10 minutes, avoiding the eye area, and then rinse.
Make use of your mango stone!
After enjoying your mango, keep the core with a little flesh still on it. Gently rub over your face and leave the residue for 5 to 10 minutes before washing it off with tepid water. Mango cleans your skin deep down, unblocks pores and brightens the complexion.

Boil a bunch of parsley
in ½ litre of water for 15 minutes, let it cool and then filter. Use as a lotion night and day for one week.
