Chinese loaf

Ingredients :
3 eggs
150 g self raising flour
100 ml olive oil
100 ml milk
100 g fresh goat's cheese
3 peppers, red, yellow and green
200 g lardons, or if unavailable, chopped bacon
2 stems basil
Salt & pepper
 
Recipe :
1-Mix the eggs and flour.

2-Add the oil and milk, whisk.

3-Crumble the goat's cheese and add to mixture.

4-Season.

5-Brown the lardons in a pan, chop the peppers and add. Add the basil, cook until lardons and peppers slightly browned.

6-Add to the mixture.

7-Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin and cook in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, at 400°F (205°C).


Advice :
Serve cold with salad and home-made tomato sauce.
