Chocolate eggs with fruit

Ingredients :
4 chocolate eggs
2 vanilla creams, chocolate mousses, or vanilla yoghurts
Fruit of your choice: mango, kiwi, papaya, apple, banana and strawberry are ideal
4 tablespoons icing sugare
4 brandy snaps
 
Recipe :
Half-fill each egg with mousse, cream or yoghurt.
Peel and dice fruit.
Arrange in each egg, then finish with a brandy snap.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.



Advice :
Try making your own butter cream with which to fill your eggs.
