Ingredients :
24 large prawns
200g minced pork
200g bean sprouts
3 onions
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A few coriander leaves
Recipe :
1-Peel and prepare the prawns, cut in half lengthways.
2-Cook the noodles following instructions on packet, then strain.
3-Sauté prawns with crushed garlic in the oil, then add the minced pork. Once pork is browned, add the noodles and beans prouts. Stir well and cook for a couple more minutes.
4-Add the soy sauce and the chopped coriander just before serving.
