Sweet & sour roast pork

Ingredients :
Pork joint or fillets, approx 300g per person
330 ml beer
Plums to taste
3 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mixed spice or Chinese Five Spice
4 tablespoons honey
Salt & pepper
 
Recipe :
1-Marinate the pork overnight with the garlic, beer, onions, plums, spices, salt and pepper.

2-The next day, brush the meat with honey and roast in a medium over with the sauce for 60 minutes, or until meat cooked and caralelised on outside.

3-Serve with green beans and sautéd potatoes.
