Ingredients :
1 packet rice, or 150g per person
1 egg
1 tin peas andbaby carrots, or chopped carrots and frozen peas
1 slice thick ham
Recipe :
1- Beat the egg and cook to a thin omlette in a saucepan.
2-Chop into small pieces and put to one side in a large bowl.
3-Cook rice.
4-Heat peas and carrots and mix all ingredients together. Serve hot, as a side dish.
