Mini tortiglioni with haricot bean sauce

Ingredients :
350g mini
tortiglioni
(or
tortiglioni
, if not available
200g haricot beans
150g
ham
20g
onion
1
courgette
500 ml
chicken
stock
4 tablespoons extra virgin
olive
oil
salt &
pepper
to taste
Recipe :
1-Chop the
onion
and brown in 2 tablespoons
olive
oil.
2-Add stock and beans, leave to cook for 15 minutes, then liquidise.
3-Dice
ham
and
courgette
, brown in remaining oil and leave in pan.
4-Cook
pasta
to taste in salted water, add to
ham
and
courgette
.
5-To serve, put a layer of
sauce
on each plate and top with
pasta
.
Advice :
Add grated parmesan or cheddar to taste.
