Ingredients :
2 packs of puff pastry
4 eggs
4 crumbled slices of large melba toast
1 small tin of salmon (near the tuna in the supermarket)
salt& pepper
chopped parsley
3 shallots
Recipe :
1-Line the bottom of a flan dish with the puff pastry.
2-Mix all ingredients together.
3-Put in dish on pastry, add second layer of puff pastry to close. Brush with egg yolk and put in oven for 20 mins at 450°F (235°C).
Advice :
Make sure the pastry is well sealed, it might help to secure the top between the edge of the botom layer an the side of the flan dish.
