Raita (yoghurt and cucumber) |

Ingredients :
4 large tub of yoghurt
fresh mint
1 cucumber
salt
ground coriander
1/2 cup of milk
Recipe :
1-Mix the milk and yoghurt in a bowl, until combined.
2-Add the salt and coriander.
3-Finely chop the mint and add to the mixture.
4-Grate the cucumber and add to the mixture. Mix well.
Advice :
You could try tomatoes or chickpeas instead of cucmber, or experiment with other spices, like chilli powder.
Try leaving the milk out for a different consistency.
