Recipe :
Wash and prepare prawns.
Make a paste with the garlic and thinly sliced ginger, 2 tablespoons curry powder and a little water.
In a pan, heat 4 tablespoons oil, add chopped onion and saute, but do not brown.
Add half a glass of water and stir constantly for three mins.
Add prawns and leave to cook for 8 -10 mins.
Chop bananas and toffee apples and add to curry.
Season, and leave to cook for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with basmati rice.
