Ingredients :
250g salmon, cooked
1/3l bechamel sauce
4 eggs + 3 egg whites
Nutmeg
Salt and milled black pepper
Recipe :
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Fork salmon into bechamel sauce, then season to taste.
Pour into a pan and bring to boil, then remove from heat.
Mix 4 eggs, then beat egg whites until firm. carefully add to mixture.
Grease souffle tin, then pour in mixture. Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
Advice :
Do not open the oven door while cooking!
