Ingredients :
2 small eggs
Half a pint (280ml) of milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
4 oz (113g) white flour
8 pork sausages
Recipe :
1-Whisk flour, milk and eggs together to make a batter mix.
2-Gebtly heat oil in a large roasting pan, until it is smoking.
3-Pour in batter and add sausages. Cook in a moderate oven for approx 40 minutes.
