Recipe :
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F), dice courgettes.
Bring 250ml water to the boil, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add courgettes and boil for 2 minutes.
Add semolina, leave to cook for a minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Beat eggs, cream and parmesan together in a separate bowl.
Season.
Pour mixture into pastry case, add courgettes and bake for half an hour.
Serve hot or cold.
