Ingredients :
400g grapes
6 egg whites
16 teaspoons sweetener
25 cl dry white wine
1 teaspoon cinammon
20g vanilla-flavoured sugar
Recipe :
Wash and remove the seeds from the grapes.
Place the grapes in individual gratin pots.
Put the egg yolks, sweetener and cinammon into a pan.
Place in a bain-marie and leave for 5-6 minutes.
Add the wine little by little and whip until you get a mousse texture.
Pour into the pots and place under the grill for 4 minutes.
Advice :
Recommended : a glass of champagne!
