Ingredients :
250g unsweetened condensed milk
250ml skimmed milk
2 eggs
16tsp grated/dessicated coconut
4tsp sugar
Recipe :
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and sugar. 2. Add the grated coconut.
3. Pour into individual ramekins.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way.
5. Serve cold.
