Roasted peppers in oil |

Ingredients :
3 red peppers
3 yellow peppers
3 green peppers
3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Grill the peppers for 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
Take them out of the oven and wrap them in kitchen roll.
Put them in a plastic bag and close.
Leave to cool for 3 hours to let let the skin loosen.
Remove the peppers from their wrapping and peel the skin off.
Cut into 2-3cm slices.
Put in a bowl, douse with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
Leave for 3 hours.
Serve as a starter or side salad.
