Vegetarian sausage casserole |

Ingredients :
1 carrot
1 vegan sausage
1 onion
cabbage
vegetable stock cubes
gravy thickening granules/sauce flour
Recipe :
1- Peel the carrot and onion and finely chop them and cabbage.
2- Slice the sausage and put it all into a casserole dish. Crumble over 2 vegetable stock cubes and cover with boiling water.
3- Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes. Thicken the gravy with a teaspoon of thickening granules or sauce flour.
