Recipe :
1. Fry the onions in a pan in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
2. When they’re soft, add the chopped garlic.
3. Pre-heat the oven to thermostat 7.
4. Peel and chop the aubergines into round slices 5mm wide.
5. Cut the peppers into quarters lengthways and remove the seeds.
6. In a gratin or baking dish, arrange the onions and garlic and sprinkle the savory over.
7. Layer the peppers and aubergines and season.
8. Trickle the olive oil over the top.
