Potatoes baked in foil with herbs and cream |

Ingredients :
100g fromage frais
2 finely chopped shallots
800g potatoes
1 tbsp fines herbes or mixed herbs
8 tbsp light liquid crème fraîche
salt
Recipe :
Preheat over to 230°C (th-7).
Bake the potatoes in their skins, peel and chop into slices.
Mix the fromage frais with the cream and salt.
Lay the potatoes out on a baking tray covered in squares of foil and mix with the cream.
Close the foil around each potatoe and bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
