Remove the heads from the broccoli and clean. Peel the carrots and cut them up finely. Peel the onions and chop them into round slices and drain the water chestnuts.
Heat the oil in your wok, add the meat and season. Add the vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes, tossing and mixing constantly. Add the chestnuts and cook for a further minute until they're heated and season with sauce.
