Prawn and vegetable stir-fry |

Ingredients :
400g prawns
1cm fresh ginger (if not, powdered will do)
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 carrots
1 bunch of spring onions
200g peas
100g Chinese noodles
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Recipe :
Clean and prepare the prawns, removing all inedible parts.
Peel the ginger and cut into fine pieces. Mix with 3 spoons of soy sauce and add the prawns.
Peel the carrots and cut into round slices. Peel the onions and chop roughly. Wash the peas.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat the oil in your wok and add the prawn mixture. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Heat the vegetables in the your wok for around 5 minutes, mixing. Add the prawns and noodles, mix and season with soy sauce before serving immediately.
