Ingredients :
6 chiken drumsticks
6 chicen thighs
8 oz. vinegar
12 oz. water
1/2 med. onion, chopped
6 bay leaves
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 to 5 cloves garlic
Black pepper
Recipe :
Combine above ingredients in electric wok or saucepan, cover, bring to the boil and simmer until
the fluid is reduced after about 30/40 minutes. For less tangy, you may add 5 to 6 tablespoons brown sugar.
Advice :
This dish is traditionally served with rice ( thai fragrant rice is best). It is a Filipino favourite and it's so easy to make.
