Recipe :
Chop carrots and celery into chunks. Fry onions in the butter, add the celery and leave to simmer for a few minutes. Add a pint of full-creammilk, coriander and carrots and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Whizz in food processor, check consistency and season to taste.
Advice :
