Ingredients :
Bournville cooking chocolate (300g)
2 pints cream
(Makes a tubful you can keep or freeze)
Recipe :
Melt chocolate in microwave (carefully), in a bain-marie or over a pan of hot water.
Bring the cream to simmering point and add chocolate when very hot. Carry on heating until well mixed and then leave to cool.
Advice :
Delicious with chocolate puddings and profiteroles.
