Ingredients :
1 large onion (diced)
3 carrots (sliced)
6 large potatoes (diced)
1 tin of corned beef (diced)
salt, pepper
1 oxo cube
gravy granules
2 beakers of water
Recipe :
1-In a large saucepan add chopped onion and sliced carrots. Cook until soft in hot water. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle in the oxo.
2-Once the carrots are soft, add the diced potatoes. Bring to the boil then simmer until soft.
3-Add the diced corned beef and stir for a minute until it becomes soft and begins breaking up, gradually add gravy granules to thicken to your taste.
ENJOY!!
Advice :
Serve with crusty bread or even turn it into a pie by just adding a short crust pastry lid.
