Ingredients :
275g/10oz linguine
2 tbsp lemon olive oil
175g/6oz Cashel Blue cheese (more to taste)
100g/4oz walnut pieces
1 tbsp roughly ripped flat leaf parsley
freshly cracked white pepper
Recipe :
Cook linguine in plenty of salted boiling water until just tender. Drain and drizzle with lemon oil. Crumble over cheese and add walnuts. Scatter with parsley and season with white pepper. Serve in bowls.
