Blueberry cranachan |

Ingredients :
75g/3oz Irish porridge oats
1 tbsp caster sugar
100ml/4oz full fat milk
100g/4oz blueberries
300ml/1/2pt double cream
Extra blueberries for decoration
Recipe :
Place oats in a bowl and add sugar. Pour over milk and leave for 10 minutes for oats to absorb it. Add blueberries and stir. Then gradually stir in half the double cream. Spoon into glasses, then leave to chill. Whip remaining cream to soft peaks and top desserts with this. Scatter more blueberries over to finish.
