Ingredients :
- 350g shrimp
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- salt and pepper
- a few fresh basil leaves
Recipe :
Mince the cloves of garlic.
In hot oil brown the garlic then add in the shrimp for 3 minutes while continuously stirring.
Powder with paprika, salt and pepper.
Pour in and flame the cognac.
Sprinkle some basil leaves on top.
