Crab and courgette pie |

Ingredients :
- 200g crab meat
- 2 courgettes
- 2 eggs
- 200ml liquid cream
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- parsley or chives for green colour
- salt and pepper
Recipe :
Cut the courgettes into round slices and fry them for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the puff pastry on a baking tray.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, mix in the cream and add the crab meat, then the parsley, salt and pepper.
Put the courgette on the puff pastry.
Pour on the crab mixture.
Put it in a preheated oven at 230°C (Gas Mark 8) and leave to cook for 30 minutes.
Advice :
Enjoy with a salad...
