Tuna balls

Ingredients :
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 80g salted anchovies
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
- pepper
- 450g cornflakes
 
Recipe :
Put the tuna in a bowl, mix it with baking soda, the chopped onion and the parsley.

Add in the washed, de-boned and chopped anchovies, then add some mustard, mayonnaise and the beaten egg.

Finish by adding some melted butter over the top, plus seasoning.

Crush the cornflakes and roll the mixture into a ball.

Roast the tuna balls on the barbecue.

Serve with a tomato sauce.
