Goat's cheese omelette |
| Rating |
| |
Ingredients :
- aged/old goat's cheese, crumbled
- fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 5 eggs
- 225g milk
- salt
- pepper
Recipe :
Crumble the goat's cheese.
Remove the thyme leaves from the stem and chop them.
Put the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, then whip.
Fry the mixture in a frying pan.
Once the base is formed, put the crumbled goat's cheese and thyme leaves on one side.
Flip the other side onto the side with cheese, until the mixture is no longer runny.
Advice :
You don't have to use all the egg yolks since it's not that healthy to have 5 egg yolks for 2 people, so you can try using 3-4 egg yolks and the omelette will be lighter too.
