Greek savoury cake |

Ingredients :
200g flour
3 eggs
50g black olives, pitted
125g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
100g feta cheese
5 tbsp oil from the jar of tomatoes
100ml semi-skimmed milk
1 sachet yeast
1 tbsp chopped basil
Recipe :
1- Preheat the oven to 180° (GM 6).
2- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and the feta into little cubes.
3- Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl.
4- Break the eggs into the centre of the flour and gradually add the milk and oil.
5- Add the freshly-chopped basil, tomatoes, olives and feta.
6- Pour into a litre cake tin and bake for 35 minutes. Wait a few minutes before removing from the tin.
7- Serve hot or cold, in slices or little cubes.
