Olive muffins

Rating
Type of dish : Nibbles
To serve : 6
Preparation : 20 min
Cooking : 20 min
Budget : Cheap
From : France
Difficulty : Easy

Ingredients :
200g olives
3 eggs
50g powdered almonds
50g sugar
100ml olive oil
200g flour
1 sachet yeast
1 tsp salt
Lots of pepper
Butter and flour for the tin

Recipe :
Break the eggs into a blender, add the powdered almonds, sugar, flour, oil, salt and pepper and blend until you get an even mixture.

Chop the olives, removing the stones, and add to the mixture. Heat the oven to GM6 (180°).

If using silicon muffin tins, you've no need to grease them, but otherwise grease and flour your tins.

Fill the tins 3/4 full with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes, until the muffins rise and turn golden.

Advice :
Enjoy lukewarm or at room temperature. Either eat accompanies with all kinds of cheese, or eat as snacks or nibbles.
