Salmon with Vermouth |

Ingredients :
2 salmon fillets
1 oz salted butter
approximately 4 tablespoons of Dry Vermouth
Recipe :
1-For each person, place a salmon fillet on a piece of kitchen foil.
2-Curl up the foil edges around the salmon and crunch the corners to make a pocket.
3-Place a small piece of butter on the salmon and drizzle with approximately 2 tablespoons of Dry Vermouth.
4-Lightly seal the top of the foil over the salmon fillets to make a parcel and place on a baking tray.
5-Cook in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on thickness of fillet).
6-Serve with new potatoes and vegetables.
