Ingredients :
2 cups rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil or margarine
4 cups water
Recipe :
1-Rinse rice 3 times.
2-Combine rice, salt, wate and cooking oil/margarine in skillet.
3-Bring to the boil, stirring once or twice.
4-Cover with lid and lower heat.
5-Simmer for 20 minutes.
6-Do not drain.
7-Serve with stew (sauce or pepper soup).
Advice :
Be consistent. If you don't get it the first time, try again.
