Ingredients :
Veg oil for deep frying
3oz Shallots finely sliced
6 Cloves of garlic
1lb 2oz pork thinly sliced
1tbls oyster sauce
1tbls light soy sauce
1tbls fish sauce
4 tbls brown sugar
1/4 teaspn white pepper
Recipe :
1-Deep fry shallots till crispy, drain and keep to one side.
2-Drain oil to leave 2 tbls, stirfry the pork & garlic til meat browned, then add all other ingredients.
3-Continue to cook till it all becomes sticky.
4-Serve with crispy shallots on top
