Ingredients :
- 8 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
- 50g sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 pinch powdered vanilla
- 4 tablespoons rum
Recipe :
Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla together, put this mixture in the slits of the bananas.
Put the prepared bananas on a buttered baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water and sugar on top.
Bake for 30 minutes on low heat.
Pour the rum over the bananas and flambé, serve right away.
