Corned beef quiche |

Ingredients :
1 small tin of corned beef (cheapest)
1 small onion
1 packet shortcrust pastry or make your own
3 medium eggs
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup of milk
small piece of grated strong cheddar cheese
Recipe :
1-Grease your quiche dish and line with the short crust pastry.
2-Place diced onions and diced corned beef into the dish. Cover with beaten egg and milk, top with the grated cheese.
3-Pre-heat oven to 180°C, place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Advice :
To test to see if it's cooked after 15-20 minutes, pierce it with a skewer. If it comes out clean the quiche is cooked.
