| |
Ingredients :
500g beef tenderloin
1 medium-sized onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 green peppers
1 red pepper
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Recipe :
Cut the meat into strips of 5cm in length and 1cm in diameter.
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into slices that are the same size as the meat.
Brown the sliced onion in hot oil then, once it's soft, sear the meat for a few minutes.
Add the pepper and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring gently with a wooden spoon so that it doesn't stick.
Add the soy sauce, pour this mixture into the pan and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the sesame seeds, season as required and serve immediately on a hot plate.
