Sautéed noodles with chicken and ginger |

Ingredients :
4 thinly sliced chicken fillets
250g Chinese egg noodles
2 carrots
1 pepper
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
2 tablespoons grated or ground ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe :
In a wok (or large saucepan), brown the chopped shallots, garlic and ginger in hot oil.
Slice the chicken into small pices then add and brown for 5 minutes.
Slice the carrots, onions and pepper into small pieces and add. Brown for 5 minutes then cover with 1/2 a glass of water, and reduce. After a few minutes, add the soy sauce.
In the meantime, cook the noodles as indicated.
Add the noodles to the wok (or pan) and brown for a few minutes.
Serve hot in bowls... with chopsticks!
